1 pck tortillas

1 kg ground beef high fat content

2 onion diced

2 cloves of garlic minced

1/3 cup parsley chopped fine

1 tsp salt1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp baharat

Pine nuts optional

1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling together 

2. Take out a tortilla and take about 100g the size of a baseball, and smash the filling into the tortilla to make a thin layer of ground beef

3. Roll up the tortilla, put in the freezer for 10 minutes, and slice and put on skewers

4. Spray with a bit of oil, before grilling to the tortilla doesn't stick! 

Serve with fresh Techina!
