For the dough:

1 roll of puff pastry

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbls cinnoman

For the cheesecake filling:

500 grams of Cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Preheat your oven to 205c/400f.

2. Lay 2 sheets of equal size on 2 pans and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on the dough.

Place anouthe pan to flatten the dough down so it doesn't rise too much, we want that crisp!

3. Bake for 20 minutes.

4. In the meantime, beat the cream cheese till smooth. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla and beat till smooth and creamy. Set aside.

6. Take the sheet pans out of the oven, and cool for 10 minutes, spread the cheese filling and close with the top sheet. Both sheets of dough should have the sugar on the outside.

7. Bake on 175c/350f for 30 minutes

Slice and serve cold!
