My kids favorite pesach food, pesach gluten free pancakes recipe!


3 eggs

2 cups of milk

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

4 tsp baking powder

2-3 cups potato starch


1. Preheat a pan on a medium low flame.

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy, add the oil and sugar and mix well.

3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix.

4. Slowly add the potato starch and baking powder to the mixture and mix until there are no clumps of potato starch left.

5. Add butter or oil the the frying pan, and pour in a 1/2 cup of batter at a time.

6. Fry the pancake on one side until the batter dries out, then flip and cook for another 30-45 seconds.

Optional to add chocolate chips, blueberries or banas too! Serve with syrup of choice and enjoy a tasty breakfast!
