Here is my fast fluffy foccia bread that can be made in less than 2 hours! 


Ingredients:

590g bread flour

7g active dry yeast

1tsp salt

2tsp sugar

2tbls olive oil 

350ml warm water


Recipe:

1. Place in a bowl: the yeast, sugar and water and let bloom until it turns frothy, about 7 minutes. 

2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead for 6-7 minutes until the dough is smooth. 

3. Let the dough rise until doubles in size. 

4. Place the dough in a 9x13 pan layered Wil olive oil. 

Press down to create indentations in the dough. 

Add another layer of olive oil and add whatever toppings you like. 

5. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes. 

6. Heat up oven to 450f/220c

7. Place foccia in the oven and bake for around 20-25 minutes until it turns golden brown! 


Serve hot with any dips you like!
