This chummus is a big hit at all of my event, so here is the recipe so you can make it at home!

2 cups of cooked chickepeas

1/2 cup of techina

3 cloves of garlic

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cumin

4 red peppers

1. Place the red peppers in an oven set on 190c/375f and drizzle on some olive oil. Bake until the outside turn black.

Once the peppers are done peel them and set aside.

2. Place all the ingredients for the chummus in the food processor and blend up everything. Taste and see if it needs a bit of water to make it creamier.

3. Add the peppers into the food processor and blend until the chummus turns red!

Serve with my fresh laffa bread recipe!
